Cancellation policy
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to MCT Institute Ltd via email.

Cancellation Fees:
Up to 30 days before the conference (by 8 August 2026): A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Within 30 days of the conference (after 8 August 2026): No refunds will be provided. Registrants who cancel or do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions: A registered participant may be replaced by another person without extra charge until 1 September 2026. Please notify the Congress Secretariat as early as possible and provide the full contact details of the substitute.
